Coding Workshops with Coding Ireland

Our coding workshops have been so popular over the last few years and we’re looking forward to bringing these lessons to a wider audience with the Coding Ireland program. Through coding, children can become digitally literate in a new language; one that is becoming increasingly important. Coding fosters creativity and helps the learning process by allowing coders to learn through doing and experimentation.

This program will provide easily accessible tools for both teachers and parents who are interested in helping children access the world of codi

MyPlace – digital project resources for teachers

The aim of the MyPlace teacher resources is to illustrate how making and creating can be linked to the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths) curriculum in primary education, as well as to Engineering, SPHE, Geography and Computational Thinking.

Educators with an interest in STEAM / Maker Education will be able to use this resource to support them in the delivery of maker projects with their class groups, either online or in person.
