SCHEMES COMPLETED
Pinewood Rapid Build
20 rapid build units have been completed consisting of 12 x 3 bed houses and 8 x 2 bed houses.
Wellview Rapid Builds
20 rapid build units consisting of 12 x 3 bed houses and 8 x 2 bed houses have been completed.
Racecourse Common
74 units consisting of 9 x 4 bed houses, 36 x 3 bed houses and 29 x 2 bed houses. (Including specially adapted units) have been completed.
Ballyboughal
Construction commenced on the 8th January 2018 of 8 units. 6 units consisting of 1 x 4 bed semi-detached unit, 2 x 3 bed semi-detached units, 3 x 2 bed semi-detached units and 2 refurbished 3 bed bungalows (specially adapted) have been completed.
Avondale Rapid Build
Construction commenced on the 26th February 2018 of 42 units consisting of 6 x 4 bed houses, 18 x 3 bed houses and 18 x 2 bed houses in Avondale, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15 and they have been completed.
Church Road Rapid Build
Construction commenced in July 2018 of 22 units consisting of 4 x 4 bed units, 6 x 3 bed units, 10 x 2 bed units and 2 x 1 bed units and they have now been completed.
Castlelands
Construction commenced on the 14th February 2017 of 24 units consisting of 10 x 3 bed 2 storey houses, 10 x 2 bed 2 storey houses, 2 x 2 bed apartments and 2 x 1 bed apartments and they have now been completed.
Pinewood Community Centre
This was a redevelopment of the disused community centre at Pinewood Green Avenue, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin. The construction consisted of 2 x 1 bed semi-detached bungalows and they both are now completed.
Rivermeade
The proposal was for 2 x 3 bed houses at Rivermeade, St. Margaret’s, Co. Dublin and they are both now complete.
Rowlestown
Construction commenced on the 11th June 2018 of 26 units consisting of 2 x 4 bed, 2 storey semi-detached houses, 10 x 3 bed, 2 storey semi-detached houses, 10 x 2 bed, single storey semi –detached houses, 4 x 2 bed, single storey detached houses and they have now been completed.
Rathbeale Road
Construction commenced in October 2018 of 24 units comprising of 3 x 4 bed houses, 11 x 3 bed houses, 6 x 2 bed houses and 4 x 2 bed apartments. They have now been completed.

Construction is commencing in November 2020 of 20 units comprising of 7 x 2 bed 2 storey dwellings, 7 x 3 bed 2 storey dwellings and 6 x 4 bed 2 storey dwellings in Wellview Estate, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15.

The proposal is for 4 x 2 bed units and 4 x 1 bed units. This is at Tender Stage.

Cappaghfinn
Proposed development for 69 units at Cappaghfinn consisting of 10 x 1 bed units, 26 x 2 bed units, 25 x 3 bed units, 8 x 4 bed units. This is at Tender Stage.
Outlands-Rathbeale Road
Proposed development for 11 Apartment Units mixed with 4 x 1 bed/2-person, 2 x 2 bed 3-person, 2 x 2 bed/4 person and 3 x 3 bed/five person apartments. This is at Tender Stage.

Proposed development for 5 x 2 bed/3 person dwellings at Church Road Lusk Co Dublin, formerly known as Katie Hunt’s cottage. Part 8 granted at Full Council Meeting on 14th September 2020.
