Shadow Puppet Workshops and Performance with The Flight of Fancy Shadows - Workshop 2

The Flight of Fancy Shadows are a shadow‑puppetry troupe based in Dublin who love bringing Irish folktales to life through the magic of shadow play. In this two‑hour workshop, the facilitators will guide participants in creating their own puppets and exploring the importance of movement, storytelling, and voice.The stories shared will be inspired by local tales from the Dúchas archive. At the end of the workshop, children will have the opportunity to perform for friends and family, showcasing the new skills and puppets they have created. The performance will be accompanied by live traditional music by Lucie Flynn.
