The event, dedicated to encouraging exercise, wellness, and family-friendly fun, featured an exciting lineup of activities, including yoga, seated exercise, boxercise, garden games, family fitness, and pound fitness.

With the rain holding off, participants of all ages and fitness levels embraced the opportunity to get active in a welcoming and vibrant environment. Attendees not only enjoyed the diverse range of activities but also received plenty of free goodies to enhance their experience.
