R132 Connectivity Project - Estuary Junction (formally Estuary Roundabout) Update

The new traffic signals at Estuary Junction (formally Estuary Roundabout) will become operational from 10am on Wednesday, 14 October 2026.

Initially, the signals will operate for vehicle traffic only, with pedestrian and cyclist signal facilities not yet in operation.

A bedding-in period of approximately two weeks will follow, during which signal timings will be monitored and adjusted to balance efficient traffic flow with the safety of all road users. Fingal County Council Traffic Signals Contractors will be on site to monitor operations and manage any teething issues that may arise.
