Plans for housing development at Churchfields on display

Plans by Fingal County Council to build 70 new houses at Churchfields in Mulhuddart are now on public display.

Under Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001, the Council has announced plans to build the properties, which will comprise seven one-beds, 19 two-beds, 34 three-beds and 10 four-beds. All dwellings will be provided with private external open space (gardens), and there will be a mix of 116 in-curtilage and 20 off street parking bays, a total of 136 bays.

Plans are available for inspection at http://consult.fingal.ie/en/browse and inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during normal opening hours, Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm from Monday, December 9 to Wednesday, January 15 2020, at the Council offices in Blanchardstown and Swords.
