As part of Healthy Ireland At Your Library, Enda from Fingal Libraries shares a Kundalini yoga meditation for a calm heart. Enda recently trained as a Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher, and she hopes this video will help calm your mind in these stressful times.

Though the physical libraries are closed, storytime is still taking place virtually. Spring Into Storytime is a national initiative that takes place during the months of April and May 2020 and celebrates the importance of sharing stories and reading together as a family.
