Wifi4EU details:Fingal brings free public WiFi to Fingal Towns & Villages.

From 2018 to 2021, the EU will provide funding of approx. €120 million to local governments to help deliver free public WiFi services for citizens. High-quality WiFi will be provided in both indoor and outdoor public spaces and other community buildings under the WiFi4EU initiative. A total of 47 WiFi access points have been installed at 18 locations across Fingal. There are seven live access points in Swords, with five in Malahide, Howth and Skerries and four in Rush.

Ballyboughal are Fingal & East Meath Pitch & Putt Champions 2021

Ballyboughal Pitch & Putt Club  are Fingal and East Meath Champions for the second year in  a row. The competition, now in its sixth year, was created by Ballyboughal Stalwart Ronnie Delaney, with the support of the Fingal Sports Development Officer, Caitriona Geraghty.

Celebrate Fingal Festival at Newbridge House and St. Catherine's Park

This September Newbridge House on the 4th & 5th, and Catherine’s Park on 11th & 12th, will be transformed into a bustling summer festival site for all ages.  ‘Celebrate Fingal’ is free-to-attend to people who are residents of Fingal, but pre-registration for tickets was essential due to limited capacity and safety restrictions.
