Go back to 1947 for a day! Oldtown is marking its 75 anniversary as the first rural village in Ireland to be electrified, we have many events on the day with a camogie match, tug of War, sheep shearing, cow milking, horse shoe throwing, music and dance and a village market.

Fingal County Council has received a fantastic response to its call for expressions of interest in its Choice Based Letting Scheme which was advertised  recently.

It’s an exciting time to be young in Fingal! The Dublin and Dún Laoghaire Education and Training Board has partnered with Fingal County Council and Music Generation to improve music education opportunities available to children and young people in the county.  

Fingal County Council has commenced a second round of public consultation on the Fingal Coastal Way, the proposed 32km coastal pedestrian and cycle greenway extending from Newbridge Demesne in Donabate to north of Balbriggan.

Fingal County Council is pleased to announce that it is now accepting applications as part of Fingal’s Creative Ireland Programme 2021.
