Fingal, Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown and South Dublin County Councils have come together with Approved Housing Bodies at the inaugural meeting of a Regional Forum to discuss continued partnership opportunities and enhance the delivery of housing. 

Councillors in Fingal County Council have approved plans to construct 87 more social homes on three sites in Swords, Cappagh and Clonshaugh as the Council continues to deliver on its commitments under the Rebuilding Ireland Action Plan.

Fingal County Council, in partnership with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB), organised a successful “Betterlet: Accredited Landlord Training Scheme”, the first of its kind to be rolled out in the county.

Plans by Fingal County Council to build 70 new houses at Churchfields in Mulhuddart are now on public display.

The Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) has partnered with Fingal County Council to deliver the RTB Betterlet: Accredited Landlord training scheme. The RTB and the Fingal Housing Department are inviting landlords in Fingal County and surrounding counties to take part in its free, one-day accreditation course on Saturday, 30th November at the Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport.  

Fingal County Council is seeking planning permission to build 11 dwellings and associated site works at Rathbeale Road, Swords, County Dublin.

The proposed development will consist of four one-bedroom two-person apartments, two two-bedroom three-person apartments, two two-bedroom four-person apartments and three three-bedroom five-person apartments.

Fingal County Council is seeking planning permission to build 69 dwellings, as well as associated site works, Cappaghfinn, Cappagh Road, Finglas, Dublin 11.
