Fingal County Council is seeking planning permission to build 11 dwellings and associated site works at Rathbeale Road, Swords, County Dublin.

The proposed development will consist of four one-bedroom two-person apartments, two two-bedroom three-person apartments, two two-bedroom four-person apartments and three three-bedroom five-person apartments.

Provision  will be made for parking for 14 vehicles and storage for 20 bicycles.

Site development works will include access road, footways, site boundaries, external amenity space, communal bin storage, drainage, external lighting, utilities and services.
