Councillors have approved Fingal County Council’s budget of €433 million for 2026 which will sustain and enhance the quality of services being delivered as well as increasing funding for infrastructure projects across the county. 

Fingal Inclusion Week 2025 is an initiative led by Fingal County Council Community Development Office. This is the sevent year Fingal Inclusion Week has taken place in Fingal. A number of events will take place across the county of Fingal from the 17th to the 23rd of November. All Fingal Inclusion Week events are free to attend and open to everyone.

Fingal’s County Architect Fionnuala May has been elected as President of the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) for 2026-2027 after being nominated for the position by the RIAI Council. She is the 66th person to hold the position since it was first established in 1839 and the fifth woman.
