Fingal County Council has announced an exciting programme of free events for Bike Week 2022, taking place from May 14-22.

Over €300,000 in grant funding has been awarded to community and voluntary groups across the county.

Fingal has become the inaugural host for Ireland’s first ever pop-up swimming pool, with the Swim Ireland initiative bringing swimming to communities across the country.

Fingal residents are being invited to have their say in the annual review of bathing waters for the 2023 Season

The 2022 Schedule of Masses and Prayers in Fingal cemeteries is now available. 

The ‘Local Biodiversity Action Plan’ project was initiated by Fingal’s Biodiversity team in 2021.   The project is a collaboration between the Biodiversity team, Fingal Operations, Ecological consultants and the many Tidy Towns groups across the County of Fingal.

Fingal County Council will be represented by three groups in the finals of the 2021 IPB Pride of Place competition taking place in the INEC in Killarney next week.

Fingal Arts Office is delighted to announce the successful recipients of the Artists' Support Scheme 2022.

An exhibition ‘A Dangerous Man: Frank Lawless and the War of Independence in Fingal’ and film commission ‘Peace to the Ashes’ commemorating the life and legacy of Frank Lawless T.D. was launched by the Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Seána Ó Rodaigh at an event in County Hall Swords on 25th April 2022.
