Due to the postponement of the annual Festival of Flame in light of the ongoing restrictions due to the Covid19 pandemic, Fingal County Council has devised an exciting, fun and spooky programme of events for Halloween that is guaranteed to keep your little ghouls and witches entertained!
Combustible materials (beds, sofas, wooden doors etc.) will be accepted free of charge at Fingal County Council’s Recycling Centres for residents of Fingal from Wednesday, October 21 to Saturday, October 31, excluding Sunday and Bank Holiday.
