This Mental Fitness Education session (zoom) will provide participants (men) with topics such as:

Fingal County Council Sports Office are launching a pilot HomeFit Programme next Monday 9th November. These free, online classes are open to all levels of ability and will be 30min fitness sessions delivered by qualified coaches for 3 weeks.

Skerries Autism Friendly Town are going to give a short description on who they are, and give some simple tips for parents to use at home.

This evening from 5pm until 10pm the Halloween animation will take place on the front walls of Swords Castle.  However, due to high winds we have had to decommission the display on North Street.

The “Keep Well” campaign which aims to support people and communities to mind their physical and mental health over the coming months. 

Children4WorldChildren are inviting different service providers for  young people including An Garda Siochana, GAA, Jigsaw, school principals, religious leaders and the representatives of young people. These organizations will  highlight the positive work they are providing to reduce social exclusion among young people during this pandemic. 

Leithinis Donabate Portrane CCÉ will hold a traditional Irish music session by Zoom for members and others in our community. If you wish to join us and lead us in a tune of your choice get in touch.
