Fingal County Council has welcomed today’s announcement by the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Darragh O’Brien TD, that €25.4m has been awarded under the Urban Regeneration Development Fund (URDF) for projects associated with the rejuvenation of Balbriggan.
Fingal County Council has commenced work on the Fingal Development Plan 2023-2029 and this Virtual Room allows you to take an active part in the process.
Due to their age, size, condition and their location, unfortunately a number of these trees have been recently identified as a risk and must be felled to ensure the public’s safety. Essential works need to be carried on a number of these trees.
The Fingal Development Plan sets out the vision for how Fingal should develop over the life of the Plan while ensuring compliance with national and regional policy.
The publication of the Strategic Issues Paper is the first step in the plan making process and it sets out some of the key issues for Fingal. The Development Plan process encourages public engagement and we want to start the conversation on the issues that affect you.
