Fingal County Council welcomed European Commission Executive Vice-President for Cohesion and Reforms, Mr Raffaele Fitto, to view the development of the Swords Cultural Quarter projects. Mr. Fitto was greeted on arrival by the Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Tom O’Leary, and was given a guided tour of Swords Castle and the Carnegie Free Library, as well as the site of the €40m centre-piece of the Swords Cultural Quarter, Culture House.

Ceol, Craic and Gaeilge from 7 to 9pm, the entertainment will be provided by four hugely accomplished musicians, Éamonn de Barra, Paudie O’Connor, and Aoife Ní Chaoimh.
Vintage Picnic, a musical festival with physical and creative activities for over 55s, is back for it's third year in Swords Castle on Thursday, 5th June! This collaborative event involves Fingal's Community, Communications, Events, Libraries, Healthy Ireland, Sports, and Operations Departments and is supported by Creative Ireland.
