Over 60 music groups including choirs, barbershop quartets and folk groups have applied to participate in the first annual Fingal International Festival of Voices which will take place in Balbriggan, Co Dublin on March 12-15th. These will include groups involved in competition and those who are visiting the town just to participate. In all, the Festival is bringing 1,700 singers together.
