Over €280,000 in current and capital funding has been allocated to 92 community groups and organisations across Fingal today as announced by Minister for Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht, Dara Calleary, and Minister of State Jerry Buttimer.

Wednesday, June 11th , the Mayor of Fingal Cllr. Brian McDonagh launched Morton Games, World Athletics Continental tour which will take place in a month’s time, Friday July 11th at the Morton Stadium Dublin.

Skerries Harbour Road and Red Island is set to be transformed after Councillors gave the green light for Fingal County Council to proceed with active travel and public realm improvement measures at the Council’s monthly meeting on Monday.

Dog owners are being encouraged to be responsible by bagging and binning  their pets poo when using the county’s many beaches. Failure to do so could see access stopped.
