Fingal will see an increased budget for 2024 

There is something for everyone in the programme planned for the fifth Fingal Inclusion Week with over 70 events taking place across the County. Running from Monday 13th November to Sunday 19th November, Inclusion Week is an initiative of Fingal County Council’s Community Development Office in collaboration with the Fingal Integration Team.

The Baldoyle Community Centre application is not yet ready to enter the public planning permission process as internal project consultations are taking place to finalise the next step in the planning process for this project.

Some necessary vegetation removal works will commence on Monday 13th November 2023 at former Bell’s House entrance to Bremore Regional Park and Bath Road car park, Balbriggan.

This initiative aims to encourage groups and organisations to host their upcoming events in Fingal, building on the success of previous years and fostering community engagement and tourism within the region.

A report detailing the results of the Skerries Active Travel Plan consultation has been published by Fingal County Council. The plan sets out a series of ambitions for Active Travel improvements in the town.

New segregated cycle lanes have launched at St. Cronan’s Avenue and Brackenstown Road, Swords improving pedestrian and cyclist safety for the local community.
