Bayside Community Centre engages with a wide variety of community groups of all ages and interests.

Swords Women's Shed is a community group based in Swords, which meets three times per week and facilitates craft sessions and information evenings. 

Minister of State at the Department of Rural and Community Development, Joe O’Brien last Friday joined the Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Adrian Henchy, to launch Lusk for Life, Fingal’s first Town Centre First Plan.

Fingal County Council is calling for applications as part of the 2025 Built Heritage Investment Scheme (BHIS) which offers funding for conservation works and repairs to Protected Structures and buildings that enhance Architectural Conservation Areas within the Fingal region.
