The first play performed in Swords Castle is heading for America in what is a tremendous boost for the potential of the Swords Cultural Quarter to deliver a positive platform for the arts in Fingal.

Fingal County Council has commenced the tendering process for a main contractor to undertake the Snugborough Interchange Upgrade scheme in Dublin 15, which will bring about significant improvements for motorists, pedestrians, cyclists and public transport users.

Irish Water is working in partnership with Fingal County Council to carry out essential repairs to a burst watermain impacting customers in New Street, James’s Terrace and surrounding areas. Customers in these locations will experience outages today, Monday 25 May, until 6:00pm. It may take 2-3 hours for normal water supply to return to all customers but it is important to continue to follow the HSE guidance on hand-washing.
