Following sample results received today, the Do Not Swim issued for Rush South Beach on 19 July 2026 has ben lifted

Following a late night incident report from UisceÉireann on Sunday 19th July, the HSE has determined to place a "Do Not Swim" Prohibition Notice at Rush South Beach as a precautionary measure to protect public health, including the placement of signage at South beach

Active Travel and Sport, in partnership with Active Cities, is delighted to be hosting MOVE at Swords Castle, a free community wellbeing and fitness event taking place on: Sunday, June 7th 11:30am – 3:00pm.  Including Bilingual Yoga classes that will take place as part of the MOVE festival at Swords Castle, which will be held on Sunday, 7th June from 11:30am to 3:00pm.
