How to Submit an Environmental Complaint

Members of the public can make an environmental complaint to the Environment Department in Fingal County Council if they suspect that the activities of individuals or business are, or may be causing environmental pollution as follows:

Tel: 01 8905000 between the hours of 09:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and between 9:00am and 4:30pm on Fridays, email to: <span>[email protected] , or post to Environment Department, County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin, K67 X8Y2. 

Please provide contact details (email, telephone, mobile number) to facilitate communications.

Complaints will be lodged on a MS Dynamics 365 Complaints Recording System and an acknowledgement email sent out containing a case number where an email contact has been provided. Once the complaint has been investigated and/or resolved, contact will be made with the individual who lodged the complaint to provide an update.
