Artists’ Support Scheme 2026

Fingal County Council announce the 2026 edition of the Fingal Artists’ Support Scheme:

Fingal County Council Arts Office is pleased to announce the return of the Fingal Artists’ Support Scheme for 2026. This funding stream offers professional artists the opportunity to apply for up to €5,000 to support travel and professional development opportunities, a residency, or towards the development of work.
The scheme is designed to nurture and advance the practice of individual professional artists in Fingal and is open to practitioners at all career stages working in the disciplines of music, visual art, drama, literature, film, and dance.

Please see eligibility Criteria for 2026:
Applicants must have been born, have studied, or currently reside in the Fingal administrative area and provide proof of connection.
Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
Projects or initiatives must take place between 1st May and 31st December 2026.
Only one application per artist is permitted.

The closing date for receipt of applications is Friday 27th February 2026 at 4:00pm. Submissions must be made online through the Submit platform. Posted or emailed applications will be deemed ineligible. It is highly recommended to read the Fingal Artists’ Support Scheme Guidelines before making an application.

FASS 2026 Drop in clinics

Fingal Arts Office is hosting three drop-in clinics for artists who are new to the Fingal Artists’ Support Scheme or who have been unsuccessful in previous applications.
Each clinic offers individual 30-minute one-to-one sessions with a member of the Fingal Arts Office team, providing the opportunity to ask questions and receive practical guidance on eligibility, the application process, budgets, supporting documentation and access supports.
These are free to attend but places are limited and booking is essential:
