Community Climate Action Fingal
Strand 1 & 1a of the Climate Action Fund is open and accepting applications until February 28th 2024
The Community Climate Action Fingal Grant was launched on 6th December in County Hall Swords Atrium.
The Mayor and Chief Executive of Fingal County Council welcomed groups from all over who are interested in this community climate funding.
The Community Climate Action Officer is the point of contact for this grant and available to meet with groups to discuss ideas.
We want to hear from not-for-profit community groups, sports clubs, youth organisations, parish and residents groups, volunteer and community-based organisations around Fingal who are interested in applying for funds to deliver local Community Climate Action projects.
There are 5 main Themes:
- Community Energy
- Travel
- Food and Waste
- Shopping and Recycling
- Local Climate and Environmental Action

People can drop-in to any of our public sessions, we will assist community groups with ideas and guidance for the application.
