PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO FINGAL COUNTY COUNCIL CASUAL TRADING BYE-LAWS 2021
Fingal County Council, in exercise of the powers vested in them under the provisions of the Casual Trading Act 1995, hereby gives notice that it proposes to amend the Fingal County Council Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2021. It is proposed that these amended Byelaws will become Fingal County Council Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2026.

Fingal County Council has designated Casual Trading Areas under the Casual Trading Byelaws 2021 which allows for the sale of specified goods at a place (including a public road) to which the public have access as of right and any other place that is a designated Casual Trading Area.
The Casual Trading Bye-laws cover the control, regulation, supervision and administration of casual trading in the Fingal area.

The fees for each pitch are viewable within the Casual Trading By-Laws. Completed applications should be sent either to [email protected] or by post to Casual Trading, Operations Department, Fingal County Council, Grove Road, Blanchardstown, Dublin 15.

It is an offence to trade without a Casual Trade Licence and anyone wishing to engage in Casual Trading within the administrative area of Fingal County Council must therefore apply to the Council for a Casual Trading Licence.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
