Fingal County Council Offices will close to the public for the Christmas period at 12.30pm on Tuesday December 24, 2024 and will reopen at 9am on Thursday January 2, 2025. The Payments Offices will be closed from 3.30pm on Monday 23rd.
Fingal County Council will be accepting Christmas Trees for recycling at the following Collection Points from January 2nd to 16th, 2025. Please note that only Christmas trees will be accepted at the above locations, other green waste, Christmas tree stands, etc. will not be accepted
Last week the 2024 Marathonkids Dublin Final Mile event took place at Morton Stadium on Tuesday, November 12th, and Wednesday, November 13th. Over 4,000 students from more than 70 schools across Fingal and Dublin City gathered to mark the completion of their Marathonkids challenge.

Fingal County Council has officially launched a BoxUp unit in Millenium Park, Blanchardstown. The unit which provides free access to sports and leisure equipment was launched by Mayor of Fingal Cllr Brian McDonagh on Friday November 1, 2024.
