Join Aoife from Wicklow Willow and learn how to weave your very own Willow Fish!  We will take you through the steps of how to make some wonderful, coloured fish to bring home Swords Library 10:30am-11:30am.

Fingal’s OPC Annual Conference will take place on Thursday 25th May 2023 from 09:30 to 16:00 in Kettles Hotel, Swords.  Following the thematic approach to the 2022 Conference which was very successful, the theme for the 2023 Conference is ‘Ageing Well in Fingal’.  The day will consist of speakers, presentations and information displays in the morning with entertainment in the afternoon.  

As part of the Swords Castle Summer Concert series, the fantastic Martin Kemp will be performing with the support from Cher Tribute and Choons.

Contractors moved on site this week to commence enabling works for the new Civic and Cultural Centre in Swords which, when built, will deliver a new library, theatre, gallery and arts spaces for the town.

Swords Women’s Shed will celebrate their first birthday on March 8th. They are also hosting an evening of invaluable talks and interactive sessions for women in St. Colmcille's GAA, Hollybanks, Swords finishing with songs from One Voice Singers Swords 

Holywell Community Centre welcome women to a Finance Wellness Information Session, with Swords Citizens Advice. This practical session which focuses on how to save money, guidance on your tax credits, social welfare entitlements the session will take place Tuesday 7th March 2023

From 11am to 12pm.

The Exhibition involves 45 photos and stories showcasing the leadership of Fingal Women in Community Action as part of International Women’s Day.
