Fingal Libraries has opened the new Donabate Library in Ballisk House following a €2 million refurbishment that has created a modern, accessible community space. The library was officially opened by the Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Tom O’Leary, with Fingal County Council representatives and pupils from Gaelscoil na Mara.

Fingal County Council Arts Office is delighted to be working with Performing Arts Forum to offer four bursaries for arts practitioners based in the Fingal County administrative area to attend the Performing Arts Forum Gathering in Belfast on 26/27 May 2026.
