Fingal has welcomed Cllr Steve O'Reilly as its newest member, after he was co-opted onto the council as a Fine Gael councillor.

As a mark of respect on the sad passing of one our staff in Estuary Recycling Centre, the Recycling Centre will remain closed until 12 noon on Saturday, 17 February 2024.  

In accordance with Section 179A of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), Fingal County Council hereby gives notice of the proposed works to be carried out on c. 0.43 ha. of land zoned for residential development and open space at Rathmore Road, Lusk, Co. Dublin.

Fingal wants to realise its full potential and deliver maximum sustainable, economic, and social benefit over the next five years.

Funding has been awarded to 41 projects in the Fingal area, covering a range of active and sustainable travel opportunities from Safe Routes to School treatments for primary schools, to upgrades for Donabate, Hartstown, Balbriggan, Skerries, Blanchardstown and several other towns and villages as well as landmark projects at New Street Malahide and Broadmeadow Greenway

Cherry Laurel clearance works are set to recommence at The Usher’s Lake area of Ward River Park on Monday 12th February
