Publication of the Final Residential Zoned Land Tax Map 2026 and Draft Residential Zoned Land Tax Map 2027

Fingal County Council will publish its Final Residential Zoned Land Tax Map for 2026 on 31st January 2026 which identifies land that may be liable for the tax in 2026. Owners of such land may make a request to Fingal County Council to change the zoning of this land until 1st April 2026. Members of the public can visit the Fingal County Council Online Consultation Portal  https://consult.fingal.ie/en to see the Final Map and to make a submission. The map will also be available to view at Fingal County Council Offices:

The Draft Residential Zoned Land Tax Map for 2027 will be published on 1st February 2026 and identifies land that may be liable for the tax in 2027. Owners of such land – and interested third parties - may make submissions regarding the inclusion of land on this draft map – these submissions must be made by 1st April 2026. Members of the public can visit the Fingal County Council Online Consultation Portal  https://consult.fingal.ie/en to see the Draft Map and to make a submission. The map will also be available to view at Fingal County Council Offices:
