Fingal County Council has launched its Summer Project Programme 2020 which is open to groups that provide recreational and educational services to young people during the summer.

The Community Culture & Sports Division encourages community groups and projects to apply for a grant which provides a subsidy to enable the project leaders to run a successful Summer Project.

The scheme can support a wide variety of child-focused activities. Projects should focus on environmental awareness, community/civic awareness, Intercultural or integration activities and sports/recreational activities.

Projects can apply for funding of up to €2,000 each.

In order to apply, groups are invited to complete and submit the Summer Project Expression of Interest Form on or before Friday, February 28. Forms are available on https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/5MY27WY. Please note that only groups who complete the Expression of Interest Form on Survey Monkey are eligible to apply for Summer Project Funding in 2020.
