Ireland’s Eye and Balscadden Bay water quality sampling

Sampling of water quality at Balscadden Bay and Ireland’s Eye began in August 2015.  These locations continue to be sampled twice during each bathing season, subject to available resources, but are not part of scheduled monitoring for classification purposes as per Bathing Water Quality Regulations, 2008. The results are provided in Table 1 below as follows:
