A 100% waiver of commercial rates applies for a 6-month period from 27 March 2020 to 27 September 2020 to all ratepayers except a small number of categories.   

This evening from 5pm until 10pm the Halloween animation will take place on the front walls of Swords Castle.  However, due to high winds we have had to decommission the display on North Street.

The Fingal Fieldnames Project has reached a milestone as the names recorded so far have now been made available online for the first time. In a collaboration between Christine Baker, Fingal Heritage Officer and Mairéad Nic Lochlainn of Fiontar & Scoil na Gaeilge, Dublin City University the information has been made available on the Meithael Logainm.ie site.

Irish Water, working in partnership with Fingal County Council, is progressing with water network upgrade works on the Cruiserath Road in Blanchardstown.
