Zak, a 22-year-old wrestling enthusiast with Down Syndrome, lives in a retirement home because the state has nowhere else for him. After numerous failed attempts, he finally breaks out and heads cross-country to find his favourite wrestler, The Salt Water Redneck.

This is the 19th year Coolmine Community School has staged the Feast of Talent show in Draíocht and it promises to be a night not to be missed. 

Our Slow Sessions are aimed towards adult musicians who are learning an instrument and are at a stage where they wish to take part in a relaxed informal traditional music session. These sessions aim to encourage the participants to learn a repertoire of new tunes while playing with other musicians at slow to moderate tempos.
