The Anti-Graffiti Creative Sustainability Programme is a participatory arts programme for secondary school students in Fingal. Through discussion, creative exercises and practical art-making, students explore graffiti, community identity, environmental awareness and positive forms of self-expression. 

Help bridge some of the gaps that exist around climate literacy education by booking a free workshop sponsored by Fingal County Council, with Education for Sustainability. These workshops are ideal for 1st year and TYs in secondary schools and 4th - 6th class in primary schools. 

Fingal County Council, in partnership with Composting Ireland and the Eastern Midlands Regional Waste Management Office, is continuing the award-winning Composting & Recycling for Schools Programme free of charge for schools across Fingal.

The Rediscovery Centre’s Education Programme offer workshops that link to the curriculum through a range of subjects. Their education workshops for primary and secondary level cover a variety of environmental and STEM topics and connect to the Sustainable Development Goals. 

SEAI run a series of workshops supporting schools and teachers to educate about sustainability and reducing energy use. 

YRE engages participants aged 11-25  in environment-focused citizen journalism, encouraging them to investigate local environmental issues and solutions, and report on them through articles, photos, podcasts or videos. 

In keeping with circular economy principles, Fingal County Council supports and promotes clothes swaps as an effective way to tackle fast fashion. 

Green-Schools’ Let Fix Fashion campaign is an educational programme aimed at empowering young people to address the negative impacts of fast fashion.
