Bathing Water Quality Results 26 August 2026

Following samples taken on 24 August 2026, 9 of the designated Bathing Waters in Fingal as well as Malahide (non-designated bathing water) have been classified as "Excellent". 

Claremont Beach, Howth has been classified as poor. 

Members of the public can check for water quality at any of the monitored bathing waters in Ireland in advance by accessing the EPA website at https://www.beaches.ie/
