The new Fingal Parking Control Bye-Laws came into effect on 16th February 2026 following extensive public consultation. Approved by councillors in January, these Bye-Laws replace the 2020 Parking Control Bye-Laws, and include new on-street and long-stay parking rates, updated resident and commercial permit fees, and new paid parking arrangements at a number of coastal car parks across the county.
