Local Enterprise Offices (LEOs), in conjunction with relevant sponsors, can support the development of Ireland's artisan food industry by giving early-stage food business owners an opportunity to pitch their business to the retail sector, get expert feedback and advice, avail of mentoring and to trial their product in a local retail store.
