Fingal County Council and COVID-19: Help us to help you.

Fingal County Council wants to ensure the health and well-being of everyone in our County.


To do this, we need your help.


We are asking residents to call our Customer Care Unit at 01 8905000 BEFORE visiting our public offices


We want to ensure that no unnecessary visits are made during this unprecedented time as much of what we do can be completed over the phone, by mail or online.

Fingal’s Culture and Creativity Strategy 2018-2022  is part of the  part of the National Creative Ireland Programme. It supports the development of a range of creative and cultural initiatives which will provide opportunities for citizens throughout the county to realise their full creative potential.


Fingal Libraries

Over 1 million visits to Fingal Libraries in 2018, to access a range of services at the 10 branches, four new mobile vans and at Local Studies and Archives.Library users enjoy free access to books and to a wide range of electronic resources including newspapers, magazines and online courses, to a programme of activities and events which informs and entertains and to spaces in which people meet, engage, create and learn.
