This is the second year of this initiative, which sees our Sports Office joining together with the Community Office in delivering this important awareness event. The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day is ‘Embracing Equity.’

Located in the grounds of Scoil Bhríde Cailíní, join us December 10th and 11th, 11am to 6pm for the Blanchardstown Urban Christmas Market,  Christmas crafts, gifts, hot food, treats and many more! Full of Christmas spirit throughout.

The Maker Space at Blanchardstown Library is a multi-use, creative and educational community space.On Saturday the 11th of June join us to learn about the BBC micro:bit and how it can be used to control motors using MakeCode block coding software.

Cruinniú na nÓg 2022 takes place this June 11th and to celebrate the importance of art in early childhood Fingal County Council, Draíocht and Creative Ireland are working with experienced art educators Anne Bradley and Anne Cradden to present Make Space - a visually rich, sensory play space for children and families.

Children and their carers are invited to explore and spend time together in this beautiful sensory play space for children of 3 years and up designed to explore a variety of materials (wood, stone, sand, mirrors, modelling clay, fabric) and processes (weaving, plaiting, drawing, making, arranging).
