Instead, a simple ceremony to unveil a commemorative stone, was held.

Fingal Libraries will be reopening on Monday next (June 8) with a ‘Contact and Collect’ service which will allow members avail of a simple process to borrow books, DVDs and other materials from their nearest library branch while adhering to public health guidelines.

Irish Water is working in partnership with Fingal County Council to carry out essential maintenance works at Swords Wastewater Treatment Plant impacting customers in Swords until Friday 12 June.

The first play performed in Swords Castle is heading for America in what is a tremendous boost for the potential of the Swords Cultural Quarter to deliver a positive platform for the arts in Fingal.
