Uisce Éireann has completed upgrade works to Quay Street Pumping Station in Balbriggan

Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Darragh O’Brien, today (Friday) joined the Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Adrian Henchy, to turn the sod on a multi-million euro development of Balbriggan’s Quay Street and Harbour.

The key message around the De Bruns IDT appointment is that there will be constructive dialogue locally around how the site will look and feel, as has been the case with projects at Quay Street, the Harbour and Dublin Street

It has been a year of huge progress for the €50million Our Balbriggan Rejuvenation Programme. The plan, which is set to transform the town through public investment, has seen work commence on a number of key infrastructure projects central to the massive initiative.

Plans for the multi-million euro refurbishment of Balbriggan’s Quay Street and Harbour have taken a major step forward.

Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Adrian Henchy, has turned the sod on construction of the Harry Reynolds Road Pedestrian and Cycle Route in Balbriggan.

New funding will form a plinth of the plan to make Balbriggan a national destination for the arts

Fingal County Council has appointed Jons Civil Engineering as contractors for the Harry Reynolds Road Pedestrian and Cycle Route.
