The inaugural meeting of Fingal County Council’s Women’s Caucus took place in Newbridge house today, July 29, 2021. At the meeting Cllr Karen Power and Cllr Joan Hopkins were elected as Chairperson and Vice- Chair respectively.

The advisory notice at Claremont beach issued yesterday is being replaced by a prohibition notice following the Bathing Water quality results for samples taken on Tuesday 17th August, 2021. The Advisory not to swim remains in place for Malahide

Please be advised that temporary advisory notices not to swim have been issued for Claremont and Malahide beaches for 72 hrs. The notices are based on early bathing water e.coli results for samples taken on Tuesday 17th August, 2021.
