Priory Fields - Additional Units
Fingal County Council is partnering with Lydon & The Land Development Agency to provide 36 new homes for sale under the Starter Homes Purchase Scheme. The homes are located in Priory Fields, Skerries, Co. Dublin and will be offered for sale to eligible purchasers nominated by Fingal County Council.
A number of additional units have come available which can now be offered through the scheme.
The application portal for Priory Fields Additional Units, Skerries will open on the 13th August at 12:00p.m. and close when it is deemed that a sufficient number of applications have been received.
How Applications Are Assessed
Applications will be assessed on a first come, first served basis, in order of the time and date they are submitted.
Assessment of applications will begin after the portal closes.
Successful applicants will be contacted following the assessment process in due course.
