(13 April 2021) Irish Water is working with Fingal County Council to carry out urgent repairs to restore water supply in parts of Malahide. Crews are working to repair a burst on the watermain as quickly and as safely as possible in line with Covid-19 protocols.

Homes and businesses in the following areas may be impacted by disruption to their supply while the repairs are underway; Bissett’s Strand; Chalfont; Inbhir Ide; O’Hanlon’s Lane; Sea Road; Sonesta; Texas Lane and surrounding areas. The watermain repairs are expected to be completed by 5pm. Once the repairs are successfully completed, normal water supply will begin to be restored. Full water supply may take 1-2 hours to return as water refills the network.
