The Fingal County Council Public Planning Counter in County Hall, Swords has re-opened. Planning Applications for all Local Electoral Areas which include, Swords, Balbriggan, Rush-Lusk, Howth-Malahide, Blanchardstown-Mulhuddart, Castleknock and Ongar can be viewed in County Hall.

In the interest of Public Health, Fingal County Council would still encourage customers to check planning applications online at https://planning.agileapplications.ie/fingal

We continue to accept and validate applications by post to:

  • Planning Department, Fingal County Council, County Hall, Main Street, Swords, Co. Dublin.
