Irish Water advises of essential works to safeguard the water supply to homes and businesses in Howth
Irish Water, working in partnership with Fingal County Council, is commissioning the new water supply infrastructure in Howth to safeguard the drinking water supply for homes and businesses. Six kilometres of watermain have been constructed including three railway crossings. In addition a new pumping station and chlorination building has been constructed at Dungriffen Reservoir.

Commissioning of the works in Howth are scheduled to take place from Wednesday 10 November and will continue until Friday 12 November. While works are underway, some customers in the Howth area may experience some disruption to their water supply.
