We are delighted to announce that the Equity Register project has been named a finalist in the eGovernment Awards. The Equity Register was developed to improve the management, tracking and reporting of the Council's equity interests in affordable housing schemes, providing a centralised and secure system for recording transactions, monitoring equity shares and supporting statutory reporting requirements.

The project has enhanced data accuracy, streamlined administrative processes, improved governance and increased transparency for both staff and homeowners. Recognition as an awards finalist reflects the innovation, collaboration and commitment of the teams involved in delivering this important digital solution.
